and at the
relevant
institutes.

Terms and
conditions:
1.
The
American
Express
Extended
Settlement
Plan is
valid only
for
American
Express
Cards
Issued by
Nations
Trust
Bank.
2.
The
American
Express
Card
Center
will
charge a
handling
fee of 5%
(upfront)
on the
transaction
value, the
handling
fee
will be flagged on the
card
statement.
3.
The
American
Express
Extended
Settlement
Plan is
only for
period of
6 months.
4.
In order
to
register
for the
Extended
Settlement
Plan
Card
members
are
required
to fill
and send
an
Extended
Settlement
Plan
application
to the
American
Express
Card Center.
5.
Overdue
card
accounts
will not
be
eligible
for ESP.
6.
The
Extended
Settlement
Plan is
bound by
the terms
and
conditions
of the 0%
Interest
Installment
Plan and
Nations
Trust
Bank,
American
Express
Card Center.
7.
Nations
