Terms and Conditions

• The promotion is only valid for Primary American Express® Green Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC from 1st March 2011 to 31st December 2011 ( both days included ).
• Nations Trust Bank PLC shall have the right to withdraw this promotion or to vary the terms and conditions applicable thereto at any time without notice to the Cardmember.
• The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• In the event of any dispute regarding any of the terms and conditions herein, the decision of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.

• Cardmembers are required to present the American Express® Credit Card and the voucher enclosed in the Welcome Pack to the Cashier at any Keells outlet to enjoy the saving of Rs. 500.
• The Rs. 500 saving will be valid on one bill of Rs. 2,000 or above, upon payment being made with the American Express® Credit Card.
• The voucher must be presented during the validity period stated on the reverse of the voucher.
• The Cardmember is entitled to one redemption only.
• The American Express Credit Card presented to the Cashier should correspond with the name and card number printed on the reverse of the voucher.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion.

• To qualify for this promotion, Cardmembers are required to spend Rs. 2,000 during the promotional period. Bank charges, fees, interest, stamp duty, commissions and cash advances will not count towards the spend requirement.
• The promotion is valid for three months from receipt of Card.
• Only non-delinquent Cardmembers will be eligible to receive the Travel bag.
• Cardmembers will receive the bag within one month after qualifying for the promotion.
