Duration
The duration of this agreement is in effect from 01/10/22 – 31/03/2023
Booking Procedure
The wholesaler agrees to provide written orders for bookings including an indication of the payment method before guests’ arrival. Published rates will be charged directly to the guest in absence of written confirmation from the agent/ Operator.
Cancellation, Early Departure and No Show Policy (FIT bookings, less than 10rooms per booking)
All cancellations to be informed in writing
Early Departure
In the event a guest who has reserved a room check-out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge the entire stay and no refunds will be given.
No Shows
Any room reservations confirmed and guaranteed by the agent and not claimed as per guarantee on the day of arrival will be charged in full with no refunds.
Overbooking
The Hotel reserves the right to overbook, which may result in some guests being relocated. In this event, the Hotel will secure, and the client agrees to accept, alternate accommodation of at least an equal standard but is not liable to pay compensation to the wholesaler or any individual Hotel guests.
Check-In and Check-out Time
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. An overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges will be applied. Prior to 18:00 hrs. a charge of 50% of the room rate and thereafter a full night charge.
Credit
The Hotel’s credit manager will provide credit terms under a separate cover. Failure to comply with credit terms may result in the suspension of the Hotel’s obligations of the agreement.
Unless credit facilities have been established, by means of a Bank Guarantee, Floating Deposit, Telegraphic Transfer, or such other security acceptable to the Hotel, the amount and all other details of this must be discussed and agreed upon between the wholesaler and the Hotel. Cheque payments should be done 3 working days prior to the departure date of booking.

Acceptance
If the above details meet with your approval, please sign a copy of this agreement and stamp with your official company stamp and return it to my attention no later than 02 weeks of receipt of this contract. Once the agreement is received, this will signify that you have accepted and agreed upon the above rates and all Terms and conditions. The agreement is not valid if a signed copy is not returned by the requested date or without a valid company stamp.
Hotel Sudu Araliya / Araliya Green City / Araliya Green Hills / Araliya Red
Child Policy:
• Below 5 years; free of charge. Child aged 05years – 11years will be only charged the 50% of the adult’s meal rate sharing the parent’s beds (maximum would be 02 kids below 11years and 02 adults sharing the room and booking for a triple room)
• Children above the age of 11years will be considered as adults.
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases, gift voucher purchases and purchases at BIA duty free outlets unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
