• The promotion is open to all holders of American Express® Credit Cards
• The offer is valid on 2nd October, 4th - 8th October 2023
• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express Credit Card to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• The cardmember can avail 20% discount on the total bill on food at the Cinnamon Grand stall at the Oktoberfest Colombo 2023.
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion or Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC& the respective Service establishment at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, herein contained, applicable to this offer at any time without any prior notice to the Cardholders.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchase of vouchers.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
• The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
