• The offer is valid exclusively for all locally issued Nations Trust Bank (NTB) / American Express (AMEX) credit cards.
• Eligible only for Sri Lankan citizens and resident expatriates.
• All bookings must be guaranteed with payment or card details at the time of reservation.
• All payments must be settled using NTB/AMEX credit cards only.
• Offer is applicable for Single, Double, and Triple occupancy rooms on a Half Board (HB) or Full Board (FB) basis, at the published dynamic local rate.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions conducted by the Bank, the Hotel, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
• For reservations, cardholders must contact the hotel’s reservation desk at 0477 888 888.
• Offer is subject to availability, including blackout dates as determined by the hotel.
• Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and confirmation.
• The cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the duration of the stay.
• A maximum of four (04) rooms may be booked per card under this offer.
• The offer is not applicable to group bookings of 10 rooms or more, nor to events or functions.
• The standard children's policy of the hotel shall apply.
• Cancellation policy is non-refundable, with 100% payment required at the time of booking.
• The general terms and conditions of Nations Trust Bank and Shangri-La Investments Lanka (Pvt) Ltd apply.
• Discounts/offers do not apply to extras or meals beyond those included in the booked basis, or to child and other supplementary charges.
• Nations Trust Bank and the Hotel shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the cardholder through the use of this offer.
• The Bank and the Hotel reserve the right to modify, change, or withdraw any part of these Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
• Offer applicable for local residents
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
• The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
