Terms & Conditions for Double (2X) Membership Rewards Program

1. The promotion is valid only for American Express Gold and Centurion Platinum “Card-member(s)”]issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (The Bank).The promotion is validfrom 1^st August – 6^th August 2020 (both days included)
2. The Cardmember(s) will be awarded Double Reward (2X) points upon meeting a total spend of Rs. 50,000/- during the promotion period.
3. Bonus rewards points will be awarded for a maximum spend of Rs 50,000.
4. Cardmembers who transact using his/her American Express Credit Card issued by Nations trust bank are eligible forDouble (2x) Membership Reward program.
5. Cardmembers who will be enrolled for American Express Membership Reward program during the Promotion Period will also be eligible for the Double (2x) Membership Reward program.
6. The offer is valid for transactions performed at merchant locations includingPoint of Sales and e-commerce transactions excluding cash advances during the promotional period.
7. The Elgible Cardmember will be awarded with the bonus rewards points within 30 working days from the conclusion of the promotion credited to his/her American Express Credit Card account which will be reflected in the following month credit card statement.
8. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
9. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishmentand Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
10. The Double (2x) Membership Reward program is valid only on the transactions performed in personal nature.
11. The General Credit card and Membership Rewards terms and conditions shall be applicable for the credit card usage and for this promotion.
