• This Cashback Promotion is available only to American Express® Magnet Cardmembers issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Eligible Cardmembers").
• The Cashback Promotion shall be valid from 1st August 2026 to 31st October 2026, inclusive of both dates (the "Promotional Period").
• This Cashback Promotion is available exclusively to Primary Cardmembers.
• The qualifying streaming services under this Promotion are Netflix, Apple TV+, and Prime Video only.
• To qualify for the Cashback offer, Eligible Cardmembers must pay the monthly subscription fee for a qualifying streaming service using their American Express® Magnet Card during the Promotional Period.
• The Cashback offer is valid only on monthly subscription plans offered by the participating streaming service providers.
• In the event that an Eligible Cardmember has multiple qualifying subscriptions (Netflix, Apple TV+, and/or Prime Video) charged to the same American Express® Magnet Card, Cashback will be awarded only on the first qualifying subscription transaction posted to the Card Account in each calendar month, subject to the maximum Cashback limit.
• Eligible Cardmembers will receive Cashback of up to LKR 1,000 per month during the Promotional Period, subject to the subscription plan selected and the applicable transaction value.
• The maximum Cashback that can be earned by an Eligible Cardmember is LKR 1,000 per month, and LKR 3,000 during the entire Promotional Period.
• Cashback earned under this Promotion will be credited to the respective Credit Card account within 30 days from the date the eligible subscription payment is posted to the Card Account.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion and/or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to Cardmembers.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC is not the supplier of the products and/or services offered by the participating merchants. The Bank shall not accept any responsibility or liability in relation to the quality, delivery, availability, performance, or any other aspect of such products and/or services. Any disputes, claims, or concerns regarding such products and/or services must be resolved directly with the relevant merchant.
• The General Credit Card Terms and Conditions of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall apply to the use of the Credit Card and this Promotion.
• In the event of any dispute relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to Cardmember eligibility, eligible transactions, Promotional Period, or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final and binding on all parties.
• Any Cashback credited to a Cardmember's Credit Card account shall not be considered a payment towards the Card Account and shall not be used to offset the minimum payment due or any other amount payable by the Cardmember.
• Eligible Cardmembers will be notified of the Cashback earned under this Promotion via SMS to the mobile number registered with the Bank, and the Cashback will be reflected in the subsequent Credit Card statement.
• Transactions that are subsequently reversed, refunded, disputed, or cancelled will not qualify for Cashback. Any Cashback credited may be reversed by the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardmember from the Promotion if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected.
