This promotion is valid for purchases made at participating shopping and dining outlets within the EM DISTRICT shopping complex (including EMPORIUM, EMQUARTIER, and EMSPHERE). Purchases made at EMPORIUM Department Store, EMQUARTIER Department Store, EMSPHERE Department Store, Beauty Hall, Sports Mall, Power Mall, BeTrend and Gourmet Market (Supermarket) are excluded from this Promotion. The following purchases, payments, transactions, and receipts are also not eligible: redemption items; purchases of coupons, gift cards, cash coupons, vouchers and all types of prepaid or stored-value cards, including card top-ups; purchases made at cosmetic counters located on G Floor at EMPORIUM and EMQUARTIER, and M Floor at EMSPHERE; receipts for partially paid purchases; vehicle reservation payments; mobile phone bills; credit card payments; all types of insurance payments, including life insurance premiums and policy payments; utility bills (water and electricity); internet service fees; interest, penalties, and other service charges; alcoholic beverages; tobacco products; purchases of LTF/RMF funds or other investment units; banking transactions; currency exchange transactions; gold shops; parking fees; and payments made through Counter Service.
The following receipts and documents are also not eligible: receipts without a tax identification number; cash bills; delivery notes or delivery receipts; receipts or cash bills accompanied by a shop’s business card or with handwritten headers; receipts without a purchase date; receipts that have been altered, modified, or tampered with in any way, including changes to text or figures; receipts with the header or footer removed; receipts showing a purchase or service date on which the relevant store or establishment was closed; and receipts for product reservations where no actual deposit has been paid or where the deposit is refundable.
Strictly valid for a single sales slip only; accumulation of multiple bills/receipts is not permitted.
Promotion is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 (both dates inclusive).
Offer is not valid with any other promotion, discount, rebate and/or offer.
Each Eligible Cardmember will only be entitled to a redemption of one (1) THB 5,000 EM DISTRICT Cash Coupon per day only, up to a maximum of two (2) redemptions per Cardmember per month.
Eligible Cardmembers who spend the required amount in one (1) single same-day receipt will be entitled to receive the EM DISTRICT Cash Coupon.
The same-day receipt(s), charge/credit/debit card slip(s), and the American Express Card must be presented in person by the Cardmember on the day of purchase at any EM Privilege Counter between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm daily, located at: EMPORIUM: M Floor; EMQUARTIER: M Floor, 6th Floor; EMSPHERE: G Floor, M Floor.
To redeem the privilege, Cardmembers must present a valid Thai National ID Card (Thai nationals) or a valid passport (non-Thai nationals) at the EM Privilege Counter for identity verification at the point of redemption. The document will be inspected and returned at the EM Privilege Counter; it will not be scanned or photographed. The Mall Group will retain only the Cardmember’s name and ID or passport number solely for verification purposes for no longer than 90 days after the end date of the promotion. Such information is collected and held by The Mall Group as data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and its privacy notice. American Express does not collect, receive, or retain any such identification data.

EM DISTRICT Cash Coupons are valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance.
EM DISTRICT Cash Coupons are valid only for purchases made using an American Express Card.
The EM DISTRICT Cash Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, in kind or other items/services.
American Express reserves the right to substitute the EM DISTRICT Cash Coupon with another reward of equivalent value at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons.
American Express reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions due to changes in contractual terms with partners, unforeseen circumstances, matters beyond its reasonable control, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If American Express does so, it will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Cardmembers informed of such changes. In the event of any disputes arising from this campaign, the decision of American Express shall be final.
