Special Terms & Conditions

• Garments must be collected within 7 days from the dispatched date of the order. (You will be informed via SMS once the order is completed and dispatched.) The Laundromat (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for garments left uncollected after this period.
• Garments will only be returned upon presentation of the Collection Order copy. In case of loss, the customer must present their National Identity Card.
• Please ensure accurate details (name, address, and contact number) are provided when placing an order to avoid miscommunication.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order within the expected timeline, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
• For any changes to your order, please contact our hotline or reach out via WhatsApp for assistance from customer care or the respective outlet.
• If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. government curfews, power outages, public holidays, natural disasters, or material shortages), delivery may be rescheduled.
• Free doorstep delivery is available for orders over LKR 2,000 Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge based on distance.
• If home delivery is requested for a specific day but cannot be completed, the order will be delivered within two days of the requested date, with confirmation from our team.
• If orders are not collected or delivered within 60 days from dispatch, we reserve the right to dispose of the items or donate them to charity.
• Please ensure all pockets are emptied before handing over garments. The Laundromat is not liable for any lost valuables.
• Home delivery is not available beyond designated service areas.
• Orders cannot be collected from outlets after closing hours (please refer to our website, Google, or Facebook page for outlet timings).
• Offers, discounts, vouchers, and coupons are valid only within the promotional period mentioned in respective materials.

General Terms & Conditions

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill payment via American Express®Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• Nations Trust Bank is not responsible for the marked/tagged price or availability of products and services offered by the establishments.
• Transactions are bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishments and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
• The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
