Booking conditions
1. The offer will be valid only for the participating bank’s credit card holders during the
aforementioned period of the offer.
2. The discounted rate is applicable for bookings made between 12 – 31 August 2024.
3. The offer is valid for stays till 30 September 2024 only.
4. Rates are inclusive of taxes (as imposed by the government).
5. Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
6. Reservations to be made by visiting https://www.aitkenspencehotels.com/cc-offer-aug-2024 only.
7. Rooms are subject to availability for this offer and will be confirmed, on a first-come-first-serve
basis.
8. For the Rainforest Ecolodge; rate is inclusive of combined transport from car park to the hotel
and back for 5-7 pax per jeep (one way: 8.8 Km/45 mins). If the guest chooses to arrange their
own transportation, full payment inclusive of transport will still apply.
Payment
9. Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
10. The payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. Offer is applicable for base room categories only. For higher room categories relevant supplement(s)
will be added and shall be fully borne by the customer.
12. Offer is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
13. The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may
be published on other platforms.

Stay conditions
14. Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
15. Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
16. Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for
verification purposes.
17. Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
18. Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be
determined by the hotel management.
Amendments and cancellations
19. Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
20. For cancellations, full payment is non-refundable.

General Terms & Conditions – Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases and gift voucher purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
