Booking Conditions
- Offer valid only for Nations Trust Bank credit cardholders during the specified period.
- Bookings must be made between 10th November and 20th December 2025.
- Stays must fall between 10th November and 20th December 2025.
- Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
- Rates are subject to change prior to confirmation.

- Offer is subject to room availability and confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- For Rainforest Ecolodge, rate includes combined transport (car park to hotel and back) for 5–7 pax per jeep (one way: 8.8 km / 45 mins). Full payment applies even if guests arrange their own transport.
Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Offer excludes extras consumed at the property.
- Discounts are based on rack rates determined by the hotel, not third-party platform rates.
Stay Conditions
- Offer valid only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
- Cardholder must be present during the entire stay.
- Cardholder must present their credit card and NIC/passport upon check-in for verification.
- Offer is not valid if claimed at check-in or checkout.
- Meals will be served as à la carte or buffet, based on hotel occupancy and at hotel’s discretion.
- Discounts are based on rack rates determined by the hotel, not third-party platform rates.
Amendments & Cancellations
- Name changes are not allowed after payment.
- Cancellations are non-refundable.

General Terms & Conditions – Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases and gift voucher purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offer is valid for maximum 3 rooms per card.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
