Special Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid from 1st August to 31st October 2025.
- Confirmation requires a 50% advance payment, or 100% if the reservation falls within the cancellation period.
- This offer is applicable only for Half Board and Full Board reservations.
- Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 11 am.
- A payment link will be shared with the cardholder upon receiving reconfirmation via return email.
Child Policy
- Children below 3 years sharing with parents will be accommodated on a complimentary basis.
- Children aged 3 to 12 years will be charged for meals based on the booked meal plan.
Child Meal Rates
- Full Board: LKR 3,500 per child/per night
- Half Board: LKR 2,500 per child/per night
- Extra Bed: LKR 2,000 per night
- Baby Cot: Provided free of charge (subject to availability)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a 100% charge.
- Cancellations made prior to this period will be free of charge.
Driver Accommodation
- Driver quarters available at Amaara Forest Hotel at LKR 3,500 per driver, inclusive of meals.
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases and gift voucher purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at the point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offer provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain the aforementioned installment plans.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items, and purchases of gift vouchers.
- The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
