Stay Details & Terms 

• Above rack rates apply for bookings made between 01st Jan – 31st Mar 2026
• Valid ID or Driving License required at check-in
• Proper attire is mandatory for gym and pool access
• Special requests must be informed prior to arrival
• Date changes allowed (subject to penalty fee)
• Bookings confirmed only upon full advance payment
• Partial payments are non-refundable

Child Policy

• Children up to 4 years: FOC
• Children 5–11 years: LKR 2,000 (BB) / LKR 3,000 (HB) / LKR 6,000 (FB)
• Children 12 years and above: Adult rate (LKR 17,500)

Extra Occupancy & Bedding

• Extra Adult: LKR 17,000 per night
• Extra Bed: LKR 6,000 per night

Facilities & Services

• Driver’s Cottage: FOC (with staff meals per day)
• EV Charging: LKR 3,000 per charge

Meal Plan

• International buffet or 4-course set menu (based on occupancy)
• Guests must inform the hotel of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to arrival

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging

• The offer is valid for a selected number of reservations, and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• Offers will not be valid for online purchases, gift voucher purchases and purchases at BIA duty free outlets unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
