Child Policy
- Children below 4 years: Free of charge (sharing parents’ room)
- Children aged 5 to 11 years: 50% of adult meal rate (sharing parents’ room)
- Children 12 years and above will be considered adults and charged accordingly
Use of Swimming Pool
- Use of the pool after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited
- Children must be accompanied by parents when using the pool
Government Taxes
- Rates are subject to change based on any revisions to existing taxes or new taxes imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- To confirm a reservation, a 25% advance payment via bank transfer must be made within 48 hours of the initial reservation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled automatically
- The 25% advance is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee
Peak Season Booking (20th Dec 2026 to 10th Jan 2027)
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings for this period
- This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances
- No date changes will be allowed during this period
- Failure to pay the required amount by the specified deadline will result in automatic cancellation
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- If any, the excess discount values offered at the point of purchase for Cardmembers will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offer provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain the aforementioned installment plans.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
- The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
