Eligibility Criteria
- The offer is valid only for locally issued Nations Trust Bank American Express Cards (excluding Corporate Cards).
- To enjoy the promotion, the full payment must be settled using an eligible Nations Trust Bank American Express Card.
- The cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or themed events offered by the hotel or merchant.
- Valid only for direct bookings made at the hotel's head office. Online bookings are not eligible.
- The standard children's policy and cancellation policy of the hotel will apply.
- A maximum of 3 rooms per NTB credit card will be allowed.
- Offer is not valid for pre-confirmed bookings or group bookings.
- Hotel Glendower reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this offer or any part thereof without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Hotel Glendower shall be final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
- Discount will not be applicable on room upgrades, extras, or supplements.
- Offer valid for Sri Lankan citizens and resident expatriates only. Foreign guests accompanying cardholders are not eligible for the discount.
- Rates are subject to change based on revisions or new taxes imposed by the Sri Lankan government.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years: Free of charge (sharing parents' room).
- Children aged 5–11 years: Half rate on adult meals (sharing parents' room).
- Children 11 years and above: Charged as adults.
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A 50% deposit via bank transfer is required within 14 days of reservation to confirm booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation must be notified in writing via email.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Prepayment of the total reservation amount may be charged at any time.
- Guests may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
- Future date changes are at the sole discretion of hotel management
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
- The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
