• Full payment must be settled with a Nations Trust Bank American Express Card at the time of booking to avail the offer.
• Offer applicable on marked/tagged prices (Local & Expat rates) only. Not valid on negotiated prices, discounted rates, or gift voucher purchases.
• Rates are valid for SGL/DBL/TPL occupancy on HB basis, in accordance with the hotel standard policy.
• No cancellations or changes permitted; 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Reservations must be made in advance by calling the hotel and are subject to availability and confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Offer is not valid for reservations made online or through third-party platforms.
• Maximum of four rooms can be booked per cardmember.
• Offer is not valid for group reservations.
• Name changes are not permitted once payment is made; the cardmember must be present throughout the stay.

General Terms & Conditions

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill payment via American Express®Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The aforementioned promotion prize cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers.
• The standard surcharge on fuel transactions will continue to apply.
• The transactions performed through both Primary and Supplementary cards will be combined as one (01) account, when considering the eligibility criteria for the promotion.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
