1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservation is confirmed once payment or a valid credit card is provided.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Times: check-in 2 pm and check-out 12 noon.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- If any cancellation more than 31 days prior to arrival - NO CANCELLATION CHARGE.
- If any cancellation 30 days prior :100% will be charged on the basis booked.
- Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be give
4. Payment Policy: 100% payment collected in the time of booking.
5.Room Rates and Taxes: All rates are Net inclusive of all 10% Service Charge and Govt Taxes.
6.Child Policy: Children Below 6 Years of Age Sharing Parents Bed – Free of Charge.
Children Between 6 To 11 Years of Age Sharing Parents Bed Will Be Charged lkr 9,000 On Bed & Breakfast Basis on Arrival. Children 12 Years or Above will be considered as adults. Max 1 Child Sharing Parent’s Bed.
7.Driver accommodation: The Owl and The Pussycat Hotel does not offer free accommodation or meals for driver guides.

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- Offers will not be valid for online purchases and gift voucher purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
