Child Supplement (HB):
- Ages 3–5 years: LKR 4,500
- Ages 5–11 years: LKR 6,500
- Offer valid for all locally issued American Express® cards.
- Name changes will not be accepted once payment is made.
- Discounts apply only to the booked basis; rooms are subject to availability.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- Valid only for Sri Lankan citizens and Resident Visa holders.
- Offer is applicable only for direct bookings made through the respective hotel’s head office. Online bookings are not eligible.
- The cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
- Full payment must be made using the eligible American Express® card to avail the offer.
- Standard children’s policy and cancellation policy of the hotel will apply.
- A maximum of 3 rooms can be booked per eligible credit card.
- Triple occupancy is allowed for 3 adults only. Quadruple occupancy is not available.
- Offer is not applicable for pre-confirmed or group bookings.
- Advance payment is required to secure the reservation.
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
- Offers will not be valid for gift voucher purchases and purchases at BIA duty free outlets unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
- The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
