• All room types except for Specialty suite & Janapathi (presidential suite) on Double and Triple basis.
• The Offer is applicable to all locally issued Nations Trust Bank Amex & Master Credit Cards
• Offer valid only for Sri Lankans & resident expatriates.
• Reservations must be made exclusively via the offer online booking link provided.
• Offer applicable for Double & Triple rooms on HB and FB basis on published local rack rate.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers conducted by the Bank or the Hotel or to acquire gift vouchers.

• Rooms are subject to availability and will be allocated on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.
• Blackout period/dates will be specified on the website offer page and applied accordingly.
• The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
• Cardholder shall present the Nations Trust Bank Amex/Master credit card used for booking and a valid NIC/Passport (Sri Lankan) upon check-in for verification.
• The offer can be availed only if the Customer mentioned at the time of check-in or checkout.
• Meals shall be served either à la carte or buffet style based on hotel occupancy, at the discretion of hotel management.
• No name changes will be permitted once payment is made.
• The offer is not valid for corporate, groups of 10 rooms and above /events / functions
• The standard children's policy / cancellation policy shall be applicable to this Offer, in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel. Full Board: Up to 2 children below 6 years old may stay free of charge. Children aged 7–11 years: LKR 11,500 nett per child per night (Full Board basis). Half Board: Up to 2 children below 6 years old may stay free of charge. Children aged 7–11 years: LKR 8,000 nett per child per night (Half Board basis).
• Offer shall not apply to additional food and beverages, other services, including the SPA and recreational consumed at the property.
• 100% of payment on non-refundable basis is required at point of booking to confirm the reservation
• All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Rates are inclusive of taxes imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka at the time of booking.
• Rates may be subject to revision prior to confirmation of booking without prior notice.
• The general terms & conditions of Nations Trust Bank PLC & Shangri-La Investments Lanka (Pvt) Ltd shall apply.
• Discounts /Offer will not be applicable for extras & meals other than those entitled for on the basis booked, child or other supplements.
• Bank/Hotel shall not be responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing to this Offer.
• Bank / Hotel at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, herein contained, applicable to this Offer at any time without notice to the Cardholders.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
• Offer applicable for local residents
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
• The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
• The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
