• The offer is valid for all room types, excluding the Specialty Suite and Janapathi (Presidential Suite), on a Double and Triple occupancy basis.
• The offer is exclusively available to Sri Lankans and resident expatriates.
• Bookings must be guaranteed with payment or card details at the time of reservation.
• Payments must be made using Nations Trust Bank AMEX Credit Cards only.
• Payments made with non-Nations Trust Bank AMEX cards during the promotional period will be rejected.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotional programs, offers, or gift vouchers from the Bank or the Hotel.
• Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and confirmation.
• The cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the entire stay.
• A maximum of 04 rooms can be booked per Nations Trust Bank AMEX cardholder per night.
• The offer is not valid for corporate bookings, groups of 10 rooms or more, or for events and functions.
• The hotel’s standard child policies will apply.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• The offer is valid at published local rates.
• The offer is available for bookings on all days of the week.
• The general terms and conditions of Nations Trust Bank and Shangri-La Investments Lanka (Pvt) Ltd apply.
• Discounts and offers do not apply to extras, meals other than those included in the booking, child supplements, or additional charges.
• Offer is not transferable, neither applicable to nor valid with other offers and promotions.

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
• Offer applicable for local residents
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
