• Valid only for Sri Lankans and resident expatriates.
• Bookings must be guaranteed with payment or valid card details at the time of reservation.
• All payments must be settled using the same card used for the reservation.
• Offer is applicable for Double and Triple rooms on a Full Board (FB) basis, based on the published dynamic local rate.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers by the Bank or Hotel, nor used to purchase gift vouchers.

• Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates as per the hotel's discretion.
• Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and confirmation.
• The Cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
• A maximum of four (04) rooms may be booked per card.
• Offer is not valid for group bookings of 10 rooms or more, events, or functions.
• The hotel’s standard children's policy applies. Cancellations will be non-refundable, with 100% payment required at the time of booking.
• General terms and conditions of the Bank and Shangri-La Investments Lanka (Pvt) Ltd will apply.
• Discounts will not apply to extras or meals beyond those entitled to under the booked basis, nor to child or other supplements.
• Neither the Bank nor the Hotel will be responsible for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by a Cardholder in relation to this offer.
• The Bank and/or Hotel reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw any or all terms and conditions of this offer at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

General Terms & Conditions - Lodging

• Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
• Offer applicable for local residents
• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
