- A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
- Any additional charges for extra services or guests must be settled at check-out.
- The cardholder must be present at the hotel throughout the stay to avail of the offer.
- To qualify for the discount, the total bill must be settled using a valid credit card issued by your bank at the time of reservation.
- This offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional programs or pre-confirmed bookings.
- Offer is applicable only for direct bookings made online via the hotel’s official corporate website.
- Child Policy: Children aged 3 to 12 years will be charged LKR 7,500 per child per night on a FB basis.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to check-in will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.
- For cancellations made outside the 7-day window, the paid amount will be retained as credit, which can be used for a future booking date mutually agreed upon by the guest and the hotel.
- The offer is subject to prevailing government and provincial travel restrictions. Bookings must avoid any officially restricted periods.
- Valid only for Sri Lankan citizens and resident credit cardholders.
General Terms & Conditions - Lodging
- The card member(s) must settle the total bill via their credit card to be eligible for the discount offered when making reservations.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or pre-confirmed bookings.
- Child Policy: Age 3 to Age 11.99: Rs 7,500 per child per night on Full Board basis.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% chargeable if the booking is canceled 14 days prior to check-in.
- If a reservation is canceled after full payment is made (even if it is outside the cancellation period), the amount paid will be held as credit which can be utilized for a reservation on a future date decided unanimously by the client and the hotel.
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
- Offers will not be valid gift voucher purchases unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
- The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
- The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
- The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
