4. All tickets & bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and governed by the standard airline terms & conditions.
5. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable, and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
6. Once submitted, instalment plan details cannot be changed, and full or partial acceleration is not allowed.
7. The offer will be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the respective partner establishments.
8. Fares include all taxes, fees, and surcharges and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations.
9. Offer is valid only for bookings made with a single booking reference and return journey.
10. Date changes will only be permitted during the validity period of the ticket issued, subject to applicable airline date change fees.

General Terms & Conditions - Travel

1. The promotion is open to card holders of American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
2. Cardmember is to settle the total bill payment via American Express® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the settlement plan(s) mentioned herein.
3. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
4. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
5. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment(s) & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
6. Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
7. The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
8. The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.

Terms & Conditions - Installment Plans

1. Call and Convert Easy Settlement Plan (ESP) Promotion [“Promotion”] is made available to all American Express Credit Cards (“Card-member(s)”) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank)
2. The promotion is valid for transactions performed till 30th June 2026
3. Minimum value of the single transaction to be eligible for ESP conversion is LKR 50,000/-or above.
4. Cardmember can convert the transactions into an equal monthly instalment of 12 or 06.
5. The Cardmember requesting for Call and Convert ESP Promotion should inform Call Centre on the eligible transaction he/she wishes to convert within 30 days from the transaction date.
6. The Bank may at its sole discretion reject any ESP requests made by the Cardmember, which does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
7. Call and Convert ESP promotion is valid only on the transactions performed in personal nature
8. The total transaction amount will be blocked within the existing credit limit and the respective installments will be billed to the statement on a monthly basis. The blocking will be gradually reduced along with the repayment of each installment.
9. In the event cardholder settles partial value of the statement due value for the month, applicable credit card interest will be levied on the due balance in accordance with the Bank’s Cardmember agreement.
10. Cardmember should inform the Bank if they wish to early settle the ESP transaction where relevant fees will apply in accordance with the Banks Tariff.
11. In the event the Cardmember’s credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended due to any reason whatsoever or any breach of the terms and conditions herein including nonpayment of dues under the ESP or any breach of the Card member agreement and the terms and conditions thereof, the outstanding installments (including the Installments that are not billed) shall become immediately due and payable in full to the Bank.
12. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Bank’s Cardmember agreement relating to the respective credit card shall apply to the installments and the payment of installments hereunder which shall be treated as a normal transaction charged to the credit card. In the event of any conflict arising between the terms and conditions hereof and the Cardmember agreement the former shall prevail only to the extent the same shall relate to matters involving the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
