Terms and Conditions

1. The “PickMe Food promotion” is valid only for American Express Card member(s) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank)(Excluding Corporate Cards) who has received the PROMO code via Nations Trust Bank PLC. 
2. The promotion is valid from 5^th July 2021 to 31st July 2021 (Both days included)
3. The Card member(s) may enjoy Rs500 off when using American Express Credit Card with promo code for a transaction of Rs 1000/- or more (Maximum claims per user 1 and Maximum of 1000 Customers)
4. Offer will only be applicable when the Promo code “AMEXFJL”on the Pick me App is applied.   
5. Offer is applicable only for PickMe Food category.
6. A customer will be eligible to use it for a maximum of 1 claim during the promotional period.
7. Card member is to settle the total bill payment via American Express® Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer mentioned herein. Card member to include the Promo code given by PickMe to avail the offer.
8. The aforementioned promotion offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward or combined with any other offers and/or promotions of Nations Trust Bank PLC or the Service establishment
9. In case of any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall prevail and be final and conclusive. 
10. Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services. The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, modify or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion at its sole discretion.
