Terms and Conditions - Bill Wipeout
The promotion is valid for all American Express issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
The Campaign is valid from 25 September 2026 to 04 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
The Campaign is applicable only to Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions performed at the Colombo Book Fair during the Campaign Period.
One (1) winner will be selected daily for ten (10) days. The maximum bill wipeout amount that an eligible Card member may receive is LKR 10,000 per day.
Transactions performed using both Primary and Supplementary Cards under the same Credit Card account will be aggregated and treated as a single account for the purpose of this Campaign.
A grace period of three (3) days following the Campaign Period will be allowed for transaction settlement. Only transactions successfully posted and settled within this period will qualify for the Campaign.
The bill wipeout amount will be credited to the Cardmember's card account within thirty (30) days from the date of winner selection
The Campaign is valid only for transactions of a personal nature. Commercial, business, or institutional transactions will not qualify
The Cardmember must settle the full transaction amount using the eligible Nations Trust Bank American Express or Mastercard Credit Card. Split payments or payments made using any other payment method will not qualify for the Campaign
Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Nations Trust Bank PLC is not the supplier of the products and/or services offered by the merchants participating in this Campaign and shall not be responsible or liable for the quality, availability, delivery, or any other aspect of such products and/or services. Any dispute relating to such products and/or services must be resolved directly with the respective merchant.
Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including misuse of the Campaign, may result in disqualification from the Bill Wipeout Campaign and forfeiture of the bill wipeout benefit at the sole discretion of Nations Trust Bank PLC
The Nations Trust Bank PLC General Credit Card Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to the use of the Credit Card and this Campaign
In the event of any dispute relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to Cardmember eligibility, qualifying transactions, Campaign Period, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final and binding
The Nations Trust Bank Credit Card Bill Wipeout Campaign Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions - Rewards
The Rewards Campaign ("Campaign") is valid for Nations Trust Bank American Express Explorer, American Express Co-Brand Platinum, American Express Platinum, and American Express Gold Credit Cards.
The Campaign is valid from 25th September 2026 to 04th October 2026, both dates inclusive ("Campaign Period").
The Campaign is applicable only to Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions performed at the Colombo Book Fair during the Campaign Period.
Eligible Cardmember will earn 2X Rewards Points on qualifying retail purchases made using their eligible American Express Credit Card during the Campaign Period.
Transactions performed using both Primary and Supplementary Cards under the same Credit Card account will be aggregated and treated as a single account for the purpose of this Campaign.
The maximum bonus Rewards Points awarded under this Campaign shall be 1,000 Rewards Points per account.
A grace period of three (3) days following the Campaign Period will be allowed for transaction settlement. Only transactions successfully posted and settled within this period will qualify for the Campaign.
Bonus Rewards Points earned under this Campaign will be credited to the eligible Credit Card account within thirty (30) days from the end of the Campaign Period.

The Credit Card account must be active, valid, and in good standing at the time the Rewards Points are credited. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withhold or reverse any Rewards Points if the account is overdue, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise not in good standing.
Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All Rewards Points awarded under this Campaign shall be governed by the Nations Trust Bank Credit Card Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions, including those relating to earning, validity, redemption, and forfeiture.
