This Promotion is made available to all American Express Credit Cards [“Card-member(s)”]issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank) (excluding American Express Corporate Card and Travel card) during the under mentioned offer period.
The validity period of this promotion is from 27th September 2023 to 01st October 2023 (both days included).
Card members who transact at Colombo International Book fair for single transaction of LKR 2,000/- or above using the American Express Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC are eligible for the draw.
Card members will have multiple entries for every additional LKR 2,000/- spent on during the promotional period. ( i.e if a Card member spends LKR 10,000/- at a Colombo International Book fair on a single transaction, will have five (05) entries for the draw)
Five (05) winners will be selected during the promotional period in the presence of an Official from Ministry of Revenue.
Winners will be informed within fourteen (14) working days from the end date of the promotion.
Winners will be awarded a maximum cash back of LKR 20,000 to their respective credit card account(s) within 30 days of the conclusion of the promotion.
Card members are to settle the total bill payment via American Express® Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer mentioned herein.
The aforementioned promotion prize cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers by the merchant and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
The transactions performed through both Primary and Supplementary cards will be combined as one (01) account, when considering the eligibility criteria for the promotion.
If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
The Nations Trust Bank PLC at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at anytime without prior notice.
The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
The Nations Trust Bank PLC General Credit Card Terms and Conditions shall be applicable for the credit card usage and for this promotion.
In case of any dispute relating to any and all matters with regard to the Promotion, including but not limited to, in respect of the, Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, Terms and Conditions herein stated, the decision of Nations Trust Bank PLC shall prevail and be final and conclusive.
This Promotion cannot be exchanged for any other promotion or combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions by the merchant and Nations Trust Bank PLC.

This promotion is valid only on the transactions performed in personal nature
In the event the Card member’s credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended due to any reason whatsoever or any breach of the terms and conditions herein including nonpayment of dues or any breach of the Card member agreement and other credit card terms and conditions thereof, within the promo period customer will not be eligible for the promotion
