• The promotion is exclusively valid to Cardmembers of American Express Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC herein after referred to as the eligible Cardmember, Excluding the Corporate credit cards.
• The offer(s) mentioned herein are valid only on Ticket Purchases (Unless otherwise specified above)
• Offer valid only for per card per bill per day.
• Maximum tickets purchased will be capped at 5 tickets per cardholder
• Ticketing will be managed exclusively via cinnamonboxoffice.com.
• Cardmember are to settle the total bill via a credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
• The offers from (cinnamonboxoffice.com) cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers (as discount cards, promotional vouchers and in-house offer discount cards, etc.) provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the Cinnamon Box Office involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
• The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any given time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time with prior notice.

• Children's policy: Any child below 18 years should be accompanied with an adult
• Any child above 3 years old should purchase a ticket
• Purchasing and consumption of alcohol and tobacco products will be strictly controlled always.
• Patrons are urged to buy tickets from legitimate sources only and are advised to check and ensure that their tickets are not fake or photocopied. Original tickets include a barcode or hologram. In case the hologram or the barcode are tampered/damaged with in any manner whatsoever, such tickets may not be accepted and the decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final.
• Patrons must mandatorily carry original valid government issued identity proof (with the date of birth etc. of the patron) (ID Proof).
• Tickets will be handed over to patrons at the box office on producing a valid invoice / booking id and original ID Proof.
• In case the Event is cancelled for any reasons, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons within reasonable time. No request for refund in any event or situation, except as mentioned above, shall be entertained, including in case of any rescheduling and change in details of Event.
• The Organizers reserve the rights of admission, even to valid ticket holders for reasons of security, and any other reasons in its sole discretion.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation aside from other remedies/recourse (civil and/or criminal) that the Organizers may have in law or otherwise.

• Patrons are not permitted to carry the following items inside the Venue or parking areas:

  • Cameras, video camcorders, or any recording devices
  • Travel bags and strollers
  • Arms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
  • Sharp objects or any items that may cause harm to others
  • Illegal substances
  • Food and beverages, including alcohol
  • Cigarettes, cigars, lighters, matches, or similar items
  • Helmets

• Organizers are under no obligation to keep or ensure any storage section or lockers etc. or otherwise accept any articles for safekeeping and in the event Organizers do provide for a storage for some articles carried by the patron (not being the above Restricted Articles), the patron shall deposit such items with the Organizers/their service providers at their sole risk. Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any such items. Patrons are requested to not carry any Restricted Articles to the Event/Venue.
• Parking near or at the Event Venue is subject to availability and is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner and will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any goods/vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the Event Venue.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances at the Venue/Event is strictly prohibited.
• Consumables (food/drinks/alcohol) from outside of the Event are not allowed and will be confiscated.
• At the Event Venue, the Patrons shall not display or endorse any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by the Organizers in writing.
• Patrons shall take care and not damage any stage, installation at the Venue of the Organizers, their sponsors or other stall operators etc. and shall be liable to indemnify such parties.
• In the event any promotional or other parties are in fact planned/organized, access to such promotional parties or after parties, shall be separate and may have other ticketing requirements and shall be purchased by the patron separately or might be on invitation only basis.
• The Event also uses amplified sound, wearing hearing protection at the Event may be helpful.
• First aid/medical facilities will be provided; however, the Organizers shall not be responsible for any medical problems that any Patron may face at the Event.
• Patrons acknowledge that the Organizers shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Event Venue/parking lots, either before, during or after the Event; or while traveling to the Event; and the same will not be attributed to the Organizers, neither shall the Organizers be held responsible towards the same or be liable to indemnify or make good any claim being raised against it, for whatsoever nature.
• The Event is subject to force majeure conditions and including, without limitation, government permissions and regulations.
• The Event may be rescheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of Organizers.
• Artist lineup and billed attractions may be subject change at the Organizer`s sole discretion.
• Patrons carrying or suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the Venue or at the entry of the Event shall be searched and their entry to the Event shall be restricted.
• Patrons hereby grant the Organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the images and/or recording of any tape made with the Patron`s appearance on any mode/medium of broadcast and/or exhibition anywhere in the world and for any purposes whatsoever including, without limitation, audio visual movies/after movies, clips, advertising, publicity and promotion etc.
• Patrons waive any and all rights to seek any equitable/injunctive relief and acknowledge that no irreparable harm would be caused to the Patron and any breach by the Organizers would be compensable in damages not exceeding ticket value.
• All disputes to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only
• Organizers reserve the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time in their sole discretion. Patrons are advised to check the terms and conditions on this website/app immediately before the Event and strictly comply with the same.
• Patrons undertake to fully indemnify and shall keep indemnified and hold harmless the Organizers, their sponsors and services providers in the event of breach or alleged breach by the patron of any of their representations, warranties, undertakings or any of the terms and conditions hereunder.
• By purchasing the ticket, the patron acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Terms and Conditions displayed outside the venue and printed on the reverse of the original ticket.
• Possession, sale and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attracts stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985 which ranges from 6 months up to 20 years imprisonment and fine up to Rupees Two Lakhs.
• Consumption of the narcotic drug or psychotropic substance (cocaine, morphine, diacetyl morphine or any other narcotic drug) or any psychotropic substance is liable for rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to Twenty Thousand rupees; or with both under NDPS Act, 1985.
• Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the festival.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.

General Terms & Conditions

• The promotion is valid for all American Express credit cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
• The aforementioned promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers.
• The transactions performed through both Primary and Supplementary cards will be combined as one (01) account, when considering the eligibility criteria for the promotion.
• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
