Terms & Conditions :

1. The winner will be awarded with a tour to Prague Christmas market for two.
2. This Promotion will be valid from: 1^stAug 2024 – 30^th Sep 2024 (Both days included)
3. Card members who accumulate a total spend of LKR 50,000 during the promotional period using the American Express Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (excluding Corporate Cards) qualify for entry into the draw.
4. Cardmembers will receive multiple entries for every additional LKR 50,000 spent cumulatively during the promotional period. For example, if a Cardmember spends LKR 100,000 in total through single or multiple transactions, He/ She will receive two entries for the draw.

 Promotion Prize:

1. The winner will be selected during the promotion period in the presence of an Official from Home Ministry.
2. Winner will be informed within Fourteen (14) working days from the end date of the promotion.
3. The Winner (1) will be awarded with a tour to Prague Christmas market. The Winner to be selected at random through a draw conducted by Nations Trust Bank. 

General Terms & Conditions

1. Cardmember is to settle the total bill payment via American Express® Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer mentioned herein.
2. The aforementioned promotional prize cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers of Nations Trust Bank PLC.
3. The transactions performed through both Primary and Supplementary cards will be combined as one (01) account, when considering the eligibility criteria for the promotion.
4. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
5. The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
7. The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
8. The Cardmember cannot combine the spend from multiple credit cards to achieve the specified spend target.
