Offer Specific Terms & Conditions: 

1. The validity period of the Promotion will be from 1^stNov 2024 to 31^st Dec 2024 (Both days included).
2. Cardmembers (Both the Primary and Supplementary) who perform transactions by using the American Express Credit Card/s issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Excluding Corporate Cards) at Cinnamon Grand or at Cinnamon Lakeside or at Cinnamon Life or at Cinnamon Sri Lanka Resorts or at Keells Supermarket during the promotional period are eligible for the draw.
3. Cardmembers will receive multiple entries for each additional transaction made in a single day during the promotional period. (i.e if a cardmember makes three qualifying transactions on 1^stNov 2024, cardmember will receive three separate entries into the daily draw.)
4. The voucher pool consists of 61 vouchers available for distribution among the daily winners during the promotional period.

Promotion Prize:

1. One (01) winner will be selected daily during the promotional period through a draw conducted by Nations Trust Bank in the presence of an Official from Home Ministry.
2. Daily winners will be notified within seven (07) working days from the commencement date of the promotion via the contact details registered with the Bank. ( i.e winner for 1^stNov 2024, will be notified by 11^th  November 2024)
3. Each daily winner (one) will be awarded a voucher (one) from one of the following service establishments: (Cinnamon Life / Cinnamon Grand / Cinnamon Lakeside / Cinnamon Sri Lanka Resorts / Keells Supermarket)
4. The Voucher may take different forms (i.e value based or free dining) that need to be redeemable at the respective establishment. Vouchers are non-transferable and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective establishments.

General Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for the offer mentioned herein, the cardmember must settle the total bill payment using their American Express® Credit Card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
2. The aforementioned promotional prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers of Nations Trust Bank PLC.
3. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective establishment & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
4. The Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this promotion and/or features of this promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
6. The general Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
7. Transactions of a personal nature are eligible for the draw; however, if any deviations are noted, the Bank reserves the right to exclude such transactions from the draw.
8. Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment(s) involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
