Terms & Conditions for Cargills 10% Savings (Selected Outlets)

1. The promotion is open to all holders of American Express Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Not Valid for Corporate Cards)
2. The Cardmember(s) may enjoy 10% savings on Total bill for single bill values of LKR 2,000/- and above at selected Cargills outlets valid on 25^th , 30^th & 31^st of December 2020.
3. Offer is Valid at Cargills Bandarawela 1, Cargills Bandarawela 2, Cargills Jaffna Square, Cargills Hambanthota, Cargills Kandy, Cargills Trincomalee, Cargills Express Trincomalee
4. The offer is valid for purchases up to 5 items/ 5 Kg of the same kind per day per transaction.
5. Only 1 transaction per day per card is valid under this offer.
6. Maximum Discount awarded per transaction is Rs. 2000/-
7. The quantity above 5 items/5Kg per product/ per day will be sold at the normal selling price of the service establishment(s).
8. Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offer(s) mentioned herein.
9. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishment(s) involved in this promotion.
10. Not valid for online purchases.
11. The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next credit card statement.
12. Purchases under the aforementioned promotion are permitted only for the personal usage.
13. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
14. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
15. Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
16. The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
17. The promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC.
18. The General credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
