- Bookings are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
- The 15% flight fare discount is not valid for offline bookings, low-cost carriers, or "everyday low" categories.
- Changes or cancellations after ticket issuance may incur penalties, fare differences, or cancellation fees.
- Visa, meals, baggage, seat selection, and bassinets are not included unless otherwise stated.
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas (including transit visas), and other required documents. CrazyJets will not be held liable for any penalties or costs arising from non-compliance.
- CrazyJets is not liable for losses due to changes, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, airline insolvency, or other disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
