• Prices are not guaranteed till payment has been made in full, tickets/vouchers have been issued and received by the customer.
• Hotel/property policies apply. Certain hotels may request a refundable/security deposit.
• All room/property rates are subject to availability and exchange rate fluctuations.
• Package/hotel prices indicated are based on double/twin sharing room only basis unless otherwise specified.
• Hand luggage & checked-luggage weight and number of pieces restrictions, meals and seat allocations are not confirmed until the air tickets are issued.
• Any amendments or cancellations made following the issuance of a ticket/voucher may incur cancellation charges, penalties and a fare difference if applicable.
• Standard check-in and checkout times vary based on the property.
• All Travellers must have valid visas including transit visas, passports or re-entry permits as per the regulations of the immigration and other government authorities.
• All Travellers must have a valid passport and meet the minimum passport validity period required by the countries you are visiting. For example, some countries won’t let you enter unless your passport is valid for six months after you plan to leave that country. Some airlines also impose this rule on their own initiative. It can apply even if you’re just transiting or stopping over. Unless otherwise stated by the Traveller at the time of booking it will be assumed that the Traveller meets all requirements as stated above. Therefore, any penalties, fines or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the Traveller's sole responsibility.
• It is the Traveller's sole responsibility to be aware of the minimum & maximum cash/funds allowed to be possessed and adhere to the regulations when visiting/transiting other countries.
• Amendments made after the issuance of the tickets/vouchers are considered a cancellation. Cancellation charges apply.

• Please note that all fares are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice. Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Transfers, tours, visas, meals, checked-baggage, extra beds, cost and basinets are not included unless otherwise specified.
• Expenses/losses incurred after the issuance of tickets and vouchers because of flight changes, cancellations, delays, luggage losses, natural disasters, supplier/airlines insolvency etc. is not covered by Crazy Jets.
