1. Cardmembers will receive savings of up to 15% on the flight fare component for online bookings made via crazyjets.com.
2. Cardmembers are eligible for 0% instalment plans for up to 6 months.
3. This offer is only valid for flights departing from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB).
4. Travel period: No restrictions apply.
5. Promotional bookings cannot be resold.
6. Promotional fares are not applicable for infant passengers.
7. Bookings must be made and confirmed at least 3 days prior to departure.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
9. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
10. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been made, tickets have been issued, and the customer has received the ticket.
11. All bookings are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified.
12. The 15% flight fare discount is not applicable for offline bookings, low‑cost airline carriers, or the everyday low category.
13. Any amendments or cancellations made after ticket issuance may be subject to cancellation charges, penalties, and applicable fare differences.
14. Visa fees, meals, baggage, seat allocation, and bassinets are not included unless otherwise specified.
15. All travellers must hold valid visas (including transit visas), passports, or re‑entry permits in accordance with immigration and government regulations. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, it will be assumed that the traveller meets all such requirements. Any penalties, fines, or expenses arising due to non‑compliance will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.
16. Crazy Jets will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred after ticket issuance due to flight changes, cancellations, delays, baggage loss, natural disasters, airline or supplier insolvency, or similar events. Passengers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover such circumstances.
17. The Conditions of Carriage stipulated by each carrier, as filed under applicable tariff rules, will apply. For itineraries involving multiple operating airlines or transport providers, the Conditions of Carriage of all relevant providers will apply and can be found on their respective websites.
18. By making a booking, customers confirm that they have read and agreed to the full Terms & Conditions available at crazyjets.com, the Conditions of Carriage of the ticket‑issuing airline, and Crazy Jets’ booking conditions.

• The promotion is open to cardmembers of American Express® credit cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Excluding Corporate Cards).

• The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.

• Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or change all or any of the rules, terms, and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.

• If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment(s) and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.

• Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.

• The general credit card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
