• All instalment payments are non-refundable; instalment periods approved by the Bank cannot be changed or accelerated.
• Once submitted, instalment plan details cannot be altered.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

• Airline penalties may apply for any changes.
• Tickets purchased under special fare conditions may not be refundable.
• Travel must originate from Sri Lanka.
• Passengers must have valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining visas, authorizations, and any other required documents.
