- Offer is valid for tickets purchased on 03rd, 10th, 17th & 24th September 2025.
- Travel must be completed before 31st March 2026.
- Offer will be applicable for multi-city bookings as well.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
- The discount is applied only on the base fare of the air ticket price, excluding all applicable taxes & surcharges.
- All tickets & bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and governed by standard airline terms & conditions.
- All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan, as approved by the Bank, may not be varied.
- Once submitted, instalment plan details cannot be changed, and full or partial acceleration is not allowed.
- The offer will be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the respective partner establishments.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
- Other general Terms & Conditions of NTB Bank PLC and Findmyfare shall apply.
- The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

- Date changes will only be permitted during the validity period of the ticket issued, subject to applicable airline date change fees.

- Airline penalties may apply for any other changes.
- Air tickets purchased under special fare conditions may not be refundable.
- Travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
- Passengers must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining visas, authorizations, and any other documents required for travel.
General Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is open to card holders of American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC. (Excluding Corporate Cards)
- Cardmember is to settle the total bill payment via American Express® credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the settlement plan(s) mentioned herein.
- The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment(s) & Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
- Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.

Call and Convert 6 or 12 month Extended Settlement Plans (ESP)- Terms & Conditions
- Call and Convert Extended Settlement Plan (ESP) Promotion [“Promotion”] is made available only to all American Express Cards (“Card-member(s)”) issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC (Bank)
- The promotion is valid for transactions performed till 5th September 2025
- Minimum value of the single transaction to be eligible for ESP conversion is LKR. 50,000/-or above.
- Cash Withdrawals, Fuel, Utility Bill Payments and Supermarket transactions will not be entitled for this promotion
- Any payment made in relation to a capital transaction (moveable or immoveable) such as properties & vehicles are not eligible for any installment conversions
- The Cardmember requesting for Call and Convert ESP Promotion should inform Call Centre on the eligible transaction he/she wishes to convert within 30 days from the transaction date.
- The Bank may at its sole discretion reject any ESP requests made by the Cardmember, which does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
- Call and Convert ESP promotion is valid only on the transactions performed in personal nature
- The total transaction amount will be blocked within the existing credit limit and the respective installments will be billed to the statement on a monthly basis. The blocking will be gradually reduced along with the repayment of each installment.
- In the event cardholder settles partial value of the statement due value for the month, applicable credit card interest will be levied on the due balance in accordance with the Bank’s Cardmember agreement
- Cardmember should inform the Bank if they wish to early settle the ESP transaction where relevant fees will apply in accordance with the Banks Tariff.
- In the event the Cardmember’s credit card is terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or suspended due to any reason whatsoever or any breach of the terms and conditions herein including nonpayment of dues under the ESP or any breach of the Card member agreement and the terms and conditions thereof, the outstanding installments (including the Installments that are not billed) shall become immediately due and payable in full to the Bank.
- Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Bank’s Cardmember agreement relating to the respective credit card shall apply to the installments and the payment of installments hereunder which shall be treated as a normal transaction charged to the credit card. In the event of any conflict arising between the terms and conditions hereof and the Cardmember agreement the former shall prevail only to the extent the same shall relate to matters involving the Call and Convert ESP Promotion.
